How Ordering & Delivery Works

At GOTCHU, we work with a network of trusted outdoor equipment suppliers across the UK and Europe to bring you high-quality adventure gear.
Rather than storing everything in a single warehouse, many of our products ship directly from specialist suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider range of equipment while keeping prices competitive.
Here’s how the process works.
1. YOU PLACE THE ORDER
Once you place an order through the GOTCHU website, our system confirms the purchase and begins processing your order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
2. WE FORWARD THE ORDER TO THE SUPPLIER
Your order is sent to the appropriate supplier who prepares the product for dispatch.
Processing times typically range from:
1–5 business days depending on the product.
3. YOUR ORDER SHIPS
Once the supplier dispatches your item, you will receive tracking information where available.
Because some products ship from different warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately.
4. DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
Delivery times vary depending on product type and courier service, but most orders arrive within:
4–19 business days depending on the product category.
Larger items such as rooftop tents or awnings may require freight or pallet delivery.
