How can I track my order?

If tracking is provided by the supplier, we will send you the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the supplier.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories and components

Some items, including products purchased from Clearance or Final Reduction collections, may not be eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, GOTCHU will cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is requested for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
